My name is Emily Banaszak, and I along with my mother, Cynthia, have been active in showing dogs since we got our first Cardigan in 1999. After falling in love with the breed and immersing ourselves in knowledge from many other long time preservation breeders, we decided to start breeding in 2012. All of our dogs live in the house with us and are part of the family. Puppies are born and raised in my bedroom until they open their eyes, and are then moved into the main living room to interact with our other dogs, cats, and visitors. We follow many of the practices outlined in Puppy Culture to ensure that our puppies have the best chance to grow up to be well adjusted adult dogs. We are members of the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America and participants in the AKC's Breeder of Merit Program. In following with the recommendations of our parent club we test all breeding dogs for hip dysplasia, PRA, and DM. We don't breed very often, but feel free to contact us anytime. If we do not have anything available we can put you on our waiting list or refer you to other reputable breeders. |
